StartupRealities No 77

HomeWithChrome is a charity that finds homes and employment for homeless people by giving them container housing to live in and Chromebook laptops connected to the Internet to work on. Typically the jobs available via HomeWithChrome are teaching English via video conference or managing social media accounts.

CEO QUOTE
"We provide a roof, be it a flat one: a comfortable home that previously homeless people can really call home. And we give them jobs that are well within their abilities," said company founder and CEO Homer Chromos.
