The postings are a series of CSR-focused companies or charities such as: a shelter for homeless people, an orphanage, an emergency response and ambulance service, a municipal rubbish collection company, a drug addiction clinic, a climate change charity a zoo, etc. Students are admitted and move through the 12 rotations as a monthly carousel, so that a new group of students replaces the previous group at each organisation at the beginning of each month.
