UnpavedLawns Limited is a landscaping and carbon emissions trading company which converts paved private gardens in urban areas into green space and thus generates carbon emissions micro-credits which are traded on carbon exchanges. The company removes tiles and pavements from front lawns and back gardens and plants shrubs and trees in their place. The vegetation reduces the carbon footprint of these gardens/houses and the generated savings in carbon emissions are sold on carbon exchanges.
